Nigeria @56: The Legacy of an Enduring Culture in Pictures

Nigeria, approximately twice the size of California and the most populous country in Africa, is situated on the Gulf of Guinea in West Africa. Its neighbors are Benin, Niger, Cameroon, and Chad. The lower course of the Niger River flows south through the western part of the country into the Gulf of Guinea. Swamps and mangrove forests border the southern coast; inland are hardwood forests.

As she celebrate her 56th Independence day from British Colonial rule, let us take the time to appreciate the legacy of the enduring cultures that have continued to form the cornerstone of her unity, dynamism and patriotism, commonality, humanity and above all the pride which the same culture normally exhume in her citizens.
Enjoy them and thanks to all the online downloads in addition to our personal collections.

God bless Nigeria! Amen

I hope you did enjoy these pictures! This is the emblem of a people that just refuses to go away; we get knocked down, but by the grace of God, we rise again for posterity sake.
God bless Nigeria.
Amen!
