(100 Days left to go in 2015)!

Haggai 2:1-9

 ¹ on the twenty-first day of the seventh month,

the word of the Lord came through the prophet Haggai:

² “Speak to Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah,

to Joshua son of Jozadak,^[a] the high priest, and to the remnant of the people.

Ask them, ³ ‘Who of you is left who saw this house in its former glory?

How does it look to you now? Does it not seem to you like nothing? ⁴ 

But now be strong, Zerubbabel,’ declares the Lord.

‘Be strong, Joshua son of Jozadak, the high priest.

Be strong, all you people of the land,’ declares the Lord, ‘and work.

For I am with you,’ declares the Lord Almighty.

⁵ ‘This is what I covenanted with you when you came out of Egypt.

And my Spirit remains among you. Do not fear.’

⁶ “This is what the Lord Almighty says:

‘In a little while I will once more shake the heavens and the earth,

the sea and the dry land.

⁷ I will shake all nations, and what is desired by all nations will come,

and I will fill this house with glory,’ says the Lord Almighty.

⁸ ‘The silver is mine and the gold is mine,’

declares the Lord Almighty.

⁹ ‘The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house,’

says the Lord Almighty.

‘And in this place I will grant peace,’

declares the Lord Almighty.”

Meditation:

It is about time we come to God and begin to

build our house based on the

foundation of love, hope and faith.

Indeed the later days shall be better

than the former if only we trust and obey.

100 DAYS TO GO

Today September is exactly 100 days

to the end of this year 2015.

God who has seen you through the past 265 days

will surely see you through the remaining

100 days of this year in Jesus name.

No evil shall befall you or your family all through the remaining

100 days of this year in Jesus name.

God will load you daily with benefits for the next

100days and give you daily testimonies of

victory over your enemies in Jesus name.

Whatever you couldn't achieve in the past 265 days,

God will give you Divine Speed to achieve them within the next

100 days in Jesus name.

In 101 days time, you will send me a Happy New Year

message in Jesus name (if Jesus is yet to come)

Have a glorious long break ahead.

Trust is Essential to Living life to the Full

TRUST IN THE LORD’S TIMING TOO!

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding.

Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take."
- Proverbs 3:5-6 (NLT)

A lot of times we pay lip service to the fact that we trust God, but really in our hearts we don't, because we often times make our own plans in the background; we pray about stuff and yet try to solve our issues by our human wisdom. Sometimes, God asks us to do seemingly ridiculous things, like putting water inside water pots, drawing it out and serving it...'ooops, but it is wine we needed sir', .....God is wiser than us.

The bible says that before we were even formed in our mother's womb, God knew us, He knows our end from our beginning and He has the time-table for our lives.

However, often times, we miss God's timing or even his plan for our lives because we don't seek His face to understand His plans. Many attend church, crusades, conventions etc, not to truly SEEK God’s face, but to try and GET something from God, they are after God’s hand not His heart, however the bible is giving us the pathway to divine and precise direction from God.

We are being challenged to 'Trust' in the Lord with 'ALL' of our hearts.
Trust has been described as 'to have belief or confidence in the honesty, goodness, skill or safety of a person, organization or thing', we need to have belief and confidence in the honesty, goodness, skill and safety of God, He is the Almighty and cannot fail, and when we truly 'trust', we will not try to do things with our own understanding.

We need to overcome the temptation of relying on our human wisdom; we must stop calculating and planning outside God's will and plan. When we find ourselves in a dilemma or challenging situation, instead of first of all running to our friends or people around us, we should seek God's face FIRST, and He will even direct us to the right person to talk to or give precise instruction, God is wiser than us and He is the ONLY One who can NEVER make a mistake or judge wrongly.

'Trusting God truly and totally’ will lead us to divine destination with no hassle, because His yoke is easy and His burden is light. You can live a stress-free life by just TRUSTING.

I choose to Trust in the Lord with all my heart, I will not depend on human understanding, but will seek God's will in all I do, and I know He will direct and guide my ways.

Good Things Never Comes Easy

In case you may be wondering, in life nothing that is good comes your way easily!

Consider the Rose flower; one of the most beloved of all flowers! This flower has thorns and if you want to pluck it, you must be prepared to deal with the pain from the thorns which are there to protect it.

And what about honey; the sweetest of all and yet you cannot harvest it without being prepared to get sting by the bee!

What is life trying to show us here?

You must treasure good things and one way that nature accomplishes such is to create what we may at times perceived to be obstacles and or suffering in order to achieve our goal of harvesting what is good.

If you want a good marriage, like the Rose flowers and Honey, you must be ready to deal with the pains of trying to pluck and harvest these precious items!

If you want wisdom, knowledge and understanding, you must be ready to suffer in order to gain a worthy experience that will lead you through the process of life in order to achieve your purpose(s).

If you want to be handsome or beautiful both on the inside and outside, you must be ready to make your heart patient, meet and humble in order to attract the right combinations that will help you achieve your purpose (s).

In a nutshell, nothing that is good comes easy!

Like it or not, our God design them all, so that we can appreciate the beautiful of life through our challenges, difficulties and disappointments; which a similar to the thorns on the Rose flowers and the sting of the bees.

Therefore, no matter what life may throw at you today; learn the lesson behind the sweetness of the honey and the beautiful aroma of the Rose flower and accept your “Cross”, “challenges” or “pains”, because this is the only realistic way to work hard toward harvesting the precious gifts of life which are love, peace and prosperity through hope and faith in God and support for each other!
